Level Definitions
Ordinary Dealer is the company which does not have the qualifications of Dyna exclusive agent or desire, but comply with the qualifications of ordinary dealer.
Agency Qualifications
• having the independent corporate capacity and business license;
• having fixed premises for operation;
• having certain economic strength, good business reputation and credit;
• Familiar with communications products market, having enough experience of similar products and good customer base;
• having sound sales network and marketing team; can independently develop and implement marketing plan;
• having sales and distribution capabilities;
• having confidence to WiFiPhone market, a deep understanding of the concept of unified communication;
• can implement the company's uniform pricing policy;
• having the strength and desire of providing customers with high quality after-sales service and technical support;
• Cash delivery, the amount of the first delivery must be RMB1, 000, 000.00 or more. Single delivery should be not less than 1000 units; the annual delivery should be 10,000 units or more.
Preferential Policies
• Resource Sharing: sharing market, competition, consumer trends and market support with Dyna.
• Continuous training: Dyna will provide all dealers with all aspects of training including sales, product, management, technical and other training to improve the dealers’ sales skill.
• Media support: Dyna will plan and provide unified advertising strategy, promotional channels and promotional materials to help dealers implement publicity program as planned.
• Accompanied Sales: If necessary, Dyna will assist dealers to communicate, negotiate with end customers; and provide various types of samples and technical support to dealers.
• Profitable: the market price 20% discount for delivery. |
